Hello All ❤️ today it’s all about almond oil.
Did you know that just like olive oil, and many other oils, almond oil is just as beneficial to us?
It benefits us humans in a myriad of ways and I will list a few below that you may need someday!
Almond oil benefits the skin, hair and health and doesn’t smell that bad either, there are two types of oil: the bitter oil and the sweet oil. However the sweet oil is much more popular than the bitter oil.
Here are some of the benefits –
•Improves the complexion and retains the skins glow
•Soothes skin irritation and skin inflammation
•Relieves dry and irritated skin
•Cures chapped lips
Almond oil can be used to cleanse the skin, and in that way it helps prevent acne and blackheads
It’s great for removing makeup as well, gently apply cotton wool to the oil and run around the eye to remove all eye makeup.
People who suffer from eczema and psoriasis can use almond oil as a form of relief when it comes to itching, as it will hydrate the dry skin and cause the irritation to lessen.
Almond oil can also be used for muscle aches and pains! All you have to do is warm the oil and massage it into the painful muscles, allow to soak into the area and the pain should disappear.
Almond oil can be used to strengthen hair, apply it to clean hair that has just been washed with a shampoo and allow to dry naturally.
Almonds can also be used to strengthen memory. You should try and eat a handful everyday, and your memory will improve in a short period of time.
When it comes to the body almond oil helps with the below:
•Regular consumption of almond oil helps reduce cholesterol
•Nourishes the brain and nervous system
I personally apply almond oil to my lips, it helps with chapped lips and actually heals it! Works great 😀
