How much of product does one have to use? πŸŒ‘

Hi beauties… ❀️❀️
Hope you all are having a wonderful weekend.

                             πŸ’ŽπŸ’ŽπŸ’Ž

Today I want to focus on a very interesting topic. Ever thought about how much of product you need to apply to your face? πŸŒ€
Usually, most of us go overboard and then sit with an over-moisturized face, or too much eye creme that we try and dab in, for minutes on end.
However, all your worries can end today! As I was scrolling on the internet, I came across this image which PERFECTLY shows you the amount of product you need. 🎯

▢️ beauty tip – Always use quite a bit of cleanser and gently lather into the skin, then allow it to soak into the pores. Rinse gently, and feel how silky smooth your skin is! Cleansers clean your pores thoroughly and remove the excess oils, if you suffer from oily/combination skin or acne prone skin, then make sure you buy cleansers that are made for combination/oily skin.
I hope this image helps some, if not all of you reading this. ☺️☺️

Natural double lined look πŸ–€

Hello there!

I did this eye makeup a few weeks ago.. totally forgot about posting it back then so here it is!

What do you people think about it?

This is an everyday look, something quick and easy to do. Especially since it’s a new year and the work rush has just started all over again! πŸ’₯

Would you like to know how I managed to achieve this look? Or what products I used? Feel free to ask me. ☺️😘

New Year’s Eve Make Up πŸ”΄βš«οΈπŸ”΅

Hi All 😘

For my last blog post of 2016. I decided to go for my personal favorite look!

➑️ Gold glitter cut crease with bright red lips πŸ’‹

This look is always a winner, especially if you want to steal the show at a New Year’s Eve party πŸŽ‰

Learn to do this eye by following the below instructions πŸ˜„

Products used-
* NYX eyeshadow primer

* Graftobian gold glitter in a pot

* Graftobian magic set

* Essence liquid liner

* Eylure lashes (any type that you prefer)

* MAC paint pot in ‘paintery’

* Morphe 35O palette or swiitch beauty 35O palette.

* MAC foiled eyeshadow in ‘joy toy’

* Any really bright red lipstick/lipliner of your choice. (I used the NYX liquid suede in the colour ‘kitten heels’

Method-
1. Start off by priming the eye with the eyeshadow primer. πŸ‘©πŸ»β€πŸŽ¨

2. Take the finest brush you have and start making a fine line in the cut crease, choose a deep brown to do this.

3. Take a lighter brown and start blending over the line you made, this makes it look more natural.

4. Start by cleaning off the area just below the line that you made using the MAC paint pot, covering the full eye. πŸ‘

5. Then take your MAC foiled shadow and apply it to the eye, by this you are leaving a goldish undertone. (If you want a deeper gold look, you are welcome to use something else) πŸ’«

6. With another brush, take the magic set and put it on the eye, while immediately adding the glitter before it dries. 😍 ✨✨

7. Complete the look by adding a thin black line, or make it thicker if that’s what you prefer. πŸ–€

8. Lastly add the lashes to the eye! This gives it a defined look. πŸ‘ΈπŸΌ

For the lips all you have to do is line your lips and then add the red colour of your choice! πŸ’‹

And … within minutes you have a NYE’s look! πŸ’πŸΌ

Happy new year to each and every one of you!! ❀

Stay safeπŸ–€

Hi Everyone 😌

Hi all! I’m so sorry for not posting in all these months, it’s been super hectic. However I do have a review for you all that I did today 😘

Here goes……..

So I came across this amazing #swiitchmix and thought that I had to buy one! What attracted me towards this product is that the size is absolutely perfect and it’s extremely versatile. As you see in the below image, when I hold the bottom part, it fits almost perfectly into my hand which works wonders, so instead of leaving the house with foundation, lipstick and colour corrector marks all over my hands, this spares me that extra time and also saving me all the looks people give me as if I’ve just finished an art project of some sort πŸ˜‚. I also found that this product fits into my makeup kit without taking much space, in fact I usually put my contour comet between the #SwiitchMix and add it to my kit. I would recommend this to any of you who leave the house in a rush with realizing later on that your favorite white shirts are marked in foundation and hundreds of other colours, not withstanding all the makeup artists out there, in fact I recommend this to ALL of you ❀️

I purchased this on Swiitchbeauty which is a South African online store!

How To Conceal Breakouts With Makeup! πŸ‘©πŸΌ

Hello people…
I decided to do a post on concealing breakouts and the marks it might leave. Most people suffer from either of the above two, so hopefully this blogpost will assist you!

Always remember, just because you suffer from any type of skin issue, it doesn’t make you any less of a person ❀️.

                          πŸ’™πŸ’™πŸ’™πŸ’™πŸ’™πŸ’™

Follow the rules below to achieve the look:

Step 1- Make sure you use products that won’t clog your pores further.

Step 2- Always prime your skin, but always opt for an oil free primer.

Step 3- Never forget to use a sunblock, it will protect your skin! β˜€οΈ

Step 4- Correct and conceal your skin where ever it is needed.

  • Use green corrector to correct the redness on the skin. ✳️
  • Use an orange corrector to conceal any discoloration of the skin. ✴️
  • Use the yellow corrector over the green/orange correctors to neutralize the colors on the skin. ⚠️

*** If you aren’t a fan of correctors, I suggest you get a really good concealer to cover up the problem areas.***

Step 5- Apply your foundation over this, covering your whole face, make sure you use a foundation that works for you. πŸ‘©πŸ»β€πŸŽ¨ (If you have oily skin, I suggest you go for a powder foundation)

Finally, set your makeup with a setting powder, this helps a lot with oily skin.

This will help you achieve a flawless look! ⭐️

Hope this post was useful!

Do not hesitate to contact me if any of you have any questions! πŸ–€

Cut crease with a touch of glitter βœ¨βœ¨

Hello lovely people ☺️

So it’s that time of the year again where I’ve gotta juggle between assignments, exams as well as practicing my makeup skills.  πŸ’…πŸ»

But in the midst of it all… I’m happiest when I’m doing some makeup.  πŸ˜‹

I do it because it takes my mind off the usual routine of life. It’s a hobby and passion which I thoroughly enjoy!

Here’s some eye makeup that I did a few days ago:

Products used-

β€’ NYX love in Paris eyeshadow palette for the black part of it.

β€’ Essence ‘bronze’ eyeshadow mini palette for the inner corner.

β€’ I mixed two colours to get the middle part from a palette I bought overseas ❀️

β€’ I used the MAC black liner to finish off the look as well as the NYX silver glitter liner which I’m loving.  πŸ˜

So what do you fabulous people think??

Would you ever try this look?
