New Year’s Eve Make Up πŸ”΄βš«οΈπŸ”΅

Hi All 😘

For my last blog post of 2016. I decided to go for my personal favorite look!

➑️ Gold glitter cut crease with bright red lips πŸ’‹

This look is always a winner, especially if you want to steal the show at a New Year’s Eve party πŸŽ‰

Learn to do this eye by following the below instructions πŸ˜„

Products used-
* NYX eyeshadow primer

* Graftobian gold glitter in a pot

* Graftobian magic set

* Essence liquid liner

* Eylure lashes (any type that you prefer)

* MAC paint pot in ‘paintery’

* Morphe 35O palette or swiitch beauty 35O palette.

* MAC foiled eyeshadow in ‘joy toy’

* Any really bright red lipstick/lipliner of your choice. (I used the NYX liquid suede in the colour ‘kitten heels’

Method-
1. Start off by priming the eye with the eyeshadow primer. πŸ‘©πŸ»β€πŸŽ¨

2. Take the finest brush you have and start making a fine line in the cut crease, choose a deep brown to do this.

3. Take a lighter brown and start blending over the line you made, this makes it look more natural.

4. Start by cleaning off the area just below the line that you made using the MAC paint pot, covering the full eye. πŸ‘

5. Then take your MAC foiled shadow and apply it to the eye, by this you are leaving a goldish undertone. (If you want a deeper gold look, you are welcome to use something else) πŸ’«

6. With another brush, take the magic set and put it on the eye, while immediately adding the glitter before it dries. 😍 ✨✨

7. Complete the look by adding a thin black line, or make it thicker if that’s what you prefer. πŸ–€

8. Lastly add the lashes to the eye! This gives it a defined look. πŸ‘ΈπŸΌ

For the lips all you have to do is line your lips and then add the red colour of your choice! πŸ’‹

And … within minutes you have a NYE’s look! πŸ’πŸΌ

Happy new year to each and every one of you!! ❀

Stay safeπŸ–€

Pop Of Colour πŸ’₯

Hi All 😘
Hope everyone had a lovely weekend, Monday always means back to reality, which also means that your road to success is much closer. πŸ˜‰
Today I decided to play around with some colour, not sure if anyone would go for a very colourful eye like this, however it was just to take my mind off all the studying and assignments that I have to do.
Colour also reminds one that spring is finally here, and it’s time to pack away all the dull clothing, and take out all the bright, colorful clothing.
I went with a blue, gold and pinkish blended into the middle of the eye. The blue went into the V-cut of the eye which makes it seem like a smokey. The gold brightens the whole eye out, giving it some colour when mixed with the pink in the middle. I finished off with a blue liner, instead of the usual black line and some mascara of course.
I would say this look could work for a party, but not for an average working day.
It could also work for people who wear Eastern outfits because of the variety of colours the outfits have.
I personally love this blue, it’s a favourite of mine because it could work very lightly onto the eye or it can go as loud as making a blue-black smokey eye.
What do you all think? Would you go for a look like this or not?

Hello All. 😘 as I was going through images of eye makeup on google I came across the Arabian styled makeup and I think it’s pretty cool. It gives the eye a gorgeous look. It’s usually very loud colours, and mainly finished off with a thick black line.

I decided to do this look, but went abit more subtle than what the Arabians use. 😍 I did a black eyeshadow in a ‘V’ at the corner of the eyes and extended it abit on the top to make the long line effect. I went with a gold eyeshadow on the full eye and a little silver in tear duct corner. I then blended πŸ˜›

Finished off the look with a black liner and added mascara to the lashes.
What do you think about this look? Would you be daring  enough to do this look? Let me know in the comments below. 😘

Products used-

β€’ A palette I bought overseas that had all the above colours.

β€’ NYX eye primer

β€’ Flormar rotating mascara (it’s amazing).

β€’ Essence black liner.

~ And that’s how easy it is. πŸ˜‰

Salmaa. πŸ’‹

Creative Glamour swatches. πŸŽ¨

Hi ladies!! I recently bought this new brand, Creative Glamour, from a friend of mine, I am absolutely obsessed with how well pigmented these eyeshadows are! I promise to do an eye makeup tutorial with these colours soon! I’ve done some swatches on two different skin tones so that you can see how amazing these colours look, and how it compliments almost any skin tone.

Picture number 1 is the swatches of the 4 different colours that I chose to buy. They are all shimmer eyeshadows! 🌟

Picture number 2, to the left – is a shimmer that can be used on the eye or on the cheeks as a highlighter, or to give a glow on the skin. I’m really impressed with this!

Picture number 2, to the right- is a glitter, that is applied to the eyes over an eyeshadow and can also be used on the whole eye, depending on the occasion. I love it! It gives the eye a VERY bold look, and I would most probably use it for a bridal shower or a party.

This brand is available is South Africa, and hopefully in time can be purchased worldwide. I paid R190 for the 4 colour palette, R95 the shimmer pot and the glitter was R22. This was an absolute bargain, for the quality you get with this brand!

What do you ladies think?
